Hydrotherapy
Water is one of nature's oldest healing tools. At Bhoomika Wellness, our Hydrotherapy treatments use the therapeutic properties of hot, cold, and neutral water — along with natural mud — to stimulate circulation, calm the nervous system, flush out toxins, and restore the body's natural balance. Each therapy is administered under expert supervision and tailored to your individual health needs.
Steam Bath

Benefits: Detoxification, relief from joint and muscle stiffness, improved skin health, stress relief, better sleep.
Mud Bath

A therapeutic immersion in natural, mineral-rich mud that draws out impurities, cools inflammation, and nourishes the skin. The cooling and absorbent properties of mud make it especially effective for reducing internal heat and calming the body.
Benefits: Detoxifies the skin, reduces inflammation, soothes the nervous system, improves skin texture and glow.
Hip Bath (Sitz Bath)

A targeted immersion of the hips and pelvic region in hot, cold, or contrast water to stimulate circulation in the pelvic and abdominal organs.

Benefits: Relieves stress and anxiety, improves sleep, eases back pain, revitalizes the nervous system.
Arm and Foot Bath (Hot, Cold, Neutral)

Immersion of the arms and feet in water of a chosen temperature to influence circulation throughout the body:

-
Cold: Stimulates and tones, boosting alertness and circulation.
-
Neutral: Calms the nervous system and promotes relaxation, ideal before sleep.
Benefits: Improved circulation, relief from fatigue, reduced swelling, better sleep quality.
