Shoulder Treatment

Physiotherapy

We combine hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and evidence-based treatment plans to help you recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall physical function. Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with a sports injury, or managing everyday aches and pains, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Joint Mobilization

We care through graded oscillatory movements to restore joint range and reduce stiffness.

Reduces joint stiffness, improves synovial fluid movement (nourishing cartilage), decreases pain through neurophysiological effects, and restores normal joint mechanics.

Manipulation

We use a high-velocity, low-amplitude thrusts to release restricted joints.

Rapidly restores joint mobility, reduces pain via neurological reflex effects, and breaks the pain-spasm-stiffness cycle

Soft Tissue Mobilization / Myofascial Release

Specialized hands-on techniques to reduce muscle tension and adhesions. targets muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia rather than joints directly.

Reduces muscle tension and adhesions, improves tissue extensibility, enhances blood flow, and decreases pain caused by myofascial trigger points.

Stretching Techniques

Stretching is used to elongate muscle and connective tissue, improving flexibility and range of motion.

We perform Static stretching, Dynamic stretching, Ballistic stretching, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).

Improves flexibility, reduces muscle stiffness, enhances neuromuscular control, and helps prevent injury.

Electrotherapy

We use advanced electrotherapy techniques as part of our comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Electrotherapy uses controlled electrical impulses to stimulate nerves and muscles, helping to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and accelerate the healing process. It's a safe, non-invasive, and drug-free treatment option used alongside physiotherapy for faster, more effective recovery.

Interferential Therapy

Safe, non-invasive electrotherapy treatment that uses two crossing medium-frequency currents to create a therapeutic low-frequency effect deep within the tissues. IFT reaches deeper muscles and joints comfortably, making it ideal for chronic and acute pain conditions.

  • Relieves pain naturally by blocking pain signals and boosting endorphins

  • Reduces swelling and inflammation

  • Improves blood circulation and speeds up healing

  • Eases muscle spasms and stiffness

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy uses high-frequency sound waves to generate gentle, deep heat within muscles, tendons, and joints. This deep-tissue warming increases blood flow, relaxes tight muscles, and accelerates the body's natural healing process.

  • Relieves pain and muscle stiffness

  • Reduces inflammation and swelling

  • Promotes faster tissue and soft tissue healing

  • Improves flexibility and circulation

Muscle Stimulation

Gentle electrical impulses to trigger controlled muscle contractions, helping to strengthen weak muscles, improve muscle tone, and speed up recovery.

  • Strengthens and re-activates weak muscles

  • Prevents muscle loss during recovery

  • Improves muscle tone and control

  • Supports faster rehabilitation after injury or surgery

TENS

TENS therapy uses mild electrical impulses delivered through the skin to block pain signals and stimulate the release of natural pain-relieving endorphins. It's a safe, drug-free way to manage both acute and chronic pain.

Deep Heat Therapy

We use therapeutic heat to penetrate deep into muscles and joints, easing stiffness, relaxing tight tissues, and improving blood flow to the affected area. It's a soothing, effective treatment for chronic pain and stiffness that surface heat alone can't reach.
